The Laboratory provides the use of five experimental instruments:
1. ZEISS LSM 510 META confocal microscope (purchased in 2004 from GVOP-3.2.1.-2004-04-0162/3.0 grant). Technical specification: 405 nm, 458/488/515 nm, 561 nm and 633 nm laser; META scanning unit, up-right microscope.
2. ZEISS LSM LIVE confocal microscope (purchased in 2009 from REG_EA-09-1-2011-0020 grant). Technical specification: 405 nm, 458/488/515 nm and 561 nm laser; LIVE line scanner unit; inverted microscope; Patch Clamp setup.
3. ZEISS LSM 880 AiryScan (purchased in 2018 from GINOP-2.3.3-15-2016-000020 grant). Technical specification: 405 nm, 458/488/515 nm, 561 nm 633 nm laser; normal and AiryScan scanning unit; inverted microscope; Patch Clamp setup.
4. CoolLed pE-340fura setup (purchased in 2019 from own resources) Technical specification: 340 and 380 nm LED source, ZEISS Axiovert 200M inverted microscope Axiocam 705 mono camera.
5. Keyence VHX-970F digital microscope (purchased in 2023 from TKP2020-NKA-04 grant) Technical specification: 2048 (H) × 1536 (V) pixel image, zoom: 1- 20000.
